Description

We have an immediate full time position available as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative providing English and French support to our clients across the country as well as walk-in clients. This is an full time in-office position in Oshawa.
Aartech Canada is a smart home automation & security distributor and reseller serving retail and B2B clients since 2002.
You are confident, orgnanized and outgoing, with the ability to quickly and independently learn, absorb and explain product information. Our primary lines are security systems, cameras, smart home products, audio, video, network and electrical products.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual - Fluent in written and spoken English and French
  • Familiar with PC, Windows applications, CRM
  • Customer service experience
  • Above average typing and computer skills
  • Love for technology including smart home devices
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical information
  • Self motivated & self directed
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
