Description We have immediate openings for Bilingual (English/Spanish) Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives. This position starts between $16-18 an hour. The next training class will begin in March 2026 Located in Houston Texas, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers all over the country. We provide fully paid training and offer several schedule choices. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment Provide excellent customer service Collect information from our customers Follow company processes and procedures This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS **All Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish)** Requirements You want to work in a call center environment where you will help keep people safe You are detailed oriented You have solid communication skills You enjoy learning new skills and applications HS Diploma or GED required Access to reliable transportation 1-year prior customer service experience in a call center environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including paid vacation, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, a generous 401k plan with company match and a fully paid training program.
