The bilingual (English/Spanish) remote Recruiter position includes: job posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, hiring processes, as well as, outside recruiting. The bilingual remote Recruiter needs to be able to talk to candidates over the phone or in person and not be content with email. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, trade organizations, schools and other team members to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. 6-9 weeks and could go further based on the needs of the business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the recruiting process with candidates and partners serving as a friendly face of the company
  • Recruits and sources qualified candidates through a variety of different sources and methods.
  • Coordinates with HR partners and/or hiring managers on hiring needs
  • Communicates proactively via phone, email, and text.
  • Provides status updates throughout the selection process using the iCIMS ATS system
  • Full-cycle recruiting - Reviewing resumes, conducting prescreens, arranging interviews and overseeing the hiring process.
  • SME and partner for strategic sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 + years of previous recruiting experience is required
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Agency recruiting or high-volume recruiting experience in Manufacturing and light industrial preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication skills, and professional presence
  • Remote work experience and being available in MS Teams during work hours

Compensation Statement: The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience. Benefits Statement: Benefits include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance.
