Description Position: Bilingual Enrollment Specialist (Outbound Sales) Job Type: Non-exempt - Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 Hourly + Monthly bonus opportunity of $500 **Candidates must be bilingual, fluent in speaking both English and Spanish. Location: Remote - Work from Home This role is 100% remote with no face-to-face contact with patients. We have a “remote first” environment and are proud to have team members located nationally. Summary Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to enroll patients with chronic, potentially blinding diseases like glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration in our care management program. The role involves engaging prospective patients from partner practices by highlighting program benefits and convincing them to enroll. The specialist must thrive in a sales and metric-driven environment, making high-volume outbound calls (minimum of 80 per day) and achieving at least 10 enrollments daily. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate enrollment records and collaborating with leadership to improve the enrollment process. Essential Functions Sales and Customer Engagement: Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish Conduct outbound calls to engage potential patients and promote enrollment in our services. Provide comprehensive information on services, emphasizing benefits to prospective patients. Effectively address inquiries, concerns, and objections to secure enrollments. Enrollment Process: Guide patients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate collection of all required information. Stay informed about enrollment policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Maintain a patient-centered approach to enhance the enrollment experience. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to exchange best practices and strategies for meeting sales and metric goals. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on services and industry trends. Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics. Track and report enrollment activities and outcomes to supervisors. Document patient interactions using CRM software. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines throughout the sales and enrollment process. Maintain accurate and secure records of customer interactions and transactions. Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferred. Physical requirements Must have a home office that is secure and free of distractions (HIPAA-compliant workspace) Prolonged periods of sitting at the desk and working on a computer Must be able to hear, speak, call and virtually meet Work Environment In order to perform the essential functions of this job, you must have a dedicated remote workspace, and a wireless connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps of download speed and 10 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home; the workspace is private and has low to no noise level as you will be on phone calls with patients. It is very important that your workspace is HIPAA compliant; your company issued laptop/pc must maintain visibility that only you can access as you'll be handling patient data. You are also expected to have your camera on during virtual meetings, therefore, you must be in a designated workspace/room for privacy. Your workspace should be private and offer a low noise level conducive with managing frequent professional conversations and virtual meetings. It is also critical that your workspace be HIPAA compliant. For example, you will want to ensure access to your company-issued PC is restricted, as you may be handling confidential and privileged data at times. You are typically expected to have your camera on during virtual external and internal meetings, therefore, your surroundings should be optimized for privacy.
