Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), creating and scheduling posts in both English and Chinese.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the community to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns, track performance, and report on key insights and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and propose strategies for increasing online engagement.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate parties.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
