Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, capable of handling confidential information, and skilled in managing diverse administrative responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (3+ years with US clients)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in: QuickBooks, Google Suite, Outlook , BuildOps
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
    You will be working with one client permanently and will be expected to work 50 hours per week (EST hours)
Responsibilities
  • Manage tasks, calendars, and priorities for leadership
  • Take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate QuickBooks records; coordinate with CPA
  • Organize contracts, reports, and corporate documents
  • Support HR tasks: onboarding, offer letters, and employee records
  • Assist with light project management and vendor coordination
  • Ensure clear, timely communication across the team
