Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Early Interventionist (Infant Development Specialist / Child Development Specialist) to provide home-based developmental therapy services in Inglewood, South Gate, Compton, Huntington Park, South Central Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Must be willing to cover a 15-20 mile radius of South Gate.
All treatment appointments are 1 hour in length and conducted in the family’s natural home environment.

Key Details

• Start: Build up to full-time in 90 to 120 day days
• Caseload Building: 120 days to establish initial schedule
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible daytime hours
• Treatment: 1-hour home visits per family per week

Essential Requirements
✅ 5+ years experience as developmental therapist with infants/toddlers under age 2 (NOT ABA or teaching)
✅ Home-based early intervention experience required
✅ Experience writing developmental evaluations and treatment plans

ANNUAL EARNING EXAMPLES:

• Tier 1 (25 hours/week): Up to $61,000 + benefits
• Tier 2 (30 hours/week): Up to $80,700 + benefits
• Tier 3 (35 hours/week): Up to $102,900 + benefits

Licensed Therapists (SLPA/COTA/PTA)

• Base Rate: $30-$45/billable hour + $18/hour for indirect time
• Global Equivalency: Up to $55.80 / per billable hour
• Maximum Earning Potential: Up to $75.80/ global equivalency with bonuses included
• Annual Potential: Up to $117,600 + full benefits

Bonus Structure (2-week pay periods)

• 50-59 billable hours: +$10/hour bonus
• 60-69 billable hours: +$15/hour bonus
• 70+ billable hours: +$20/hour bonus
