Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for NOELA Community Health Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and wellness. Manage approximately 18-22 patients per day within a collaborative, team-based practice model. Perform routine health maintenance, patient education, chronic disease management, and follow-up care. Work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff committed to improving healthcare access for underserved communities. Practice in a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to culturally competent care. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary from $105,000-$142,100 based on experience. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000. Medical insurance with 80% employer-paid premiums.
