You Will Serve as the Finance Business Partner and support Financial Planning & Analysis across the Americas Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision making across the business. Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively. Support detailed operating analysis focused on PIC’s Central business unit. Assist with the preparation of business review presentations and analyses. Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity. Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results. Collaborate and work closely across all levels of PIC’s business stakeholders to assess and report financial performance. Establish priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail and Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. #LI-GL1 Requirements Basic Qualifications: (required) Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role applying core finance and accounting principles. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: (preferred) Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
