MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional studies in administration, finance, economics, or related.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in finance/accounting.
  • Excel management, and experience working in an ERP environment,
  • Communication skills, great capacity for analysis, both from a financial point of view and when prioritizing activities, and teamwork.
  • Very high level of English.

Responsibilities

TASKS:

  • Control and support of monthly closings.
  • Follow-up of monthly billing of accounts.
  • Control of income statements of assigned clients and report monthly results according to income and cost recognition policies.
  • Cost control.
  • Follow-up of company policies and procedures in all areas.
  • Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts associated with income and costs.
  • Support and control of indicators.
  • Knowledge of analytical accounting and preparation of entries if necessary.
  • Establish and develop relationships with operations and client managers.
  • Identify and help implement savings opportunities
  • Help improve contract execution by clearly understanding the scope of contracts
  • Follow-up on customer debt
