As a foreman at our Dane location, you will: Ensure proper conditions for job quality and safety before and during projects Review crew member timecards Complete vehicle mechanical and safety checklists daily Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials Coordinate with general contractor and/or customer Review jobsite for safety and access Assign tasks to crew members Note changes in jobsite conditions and/or alterations and inform office Complete final review of completed work to check quality Attend foremen meeting and safety meetings as scheduled Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely Additional tasks related to flatwork or walls depending on role Why Cru Concrete? Requirements Valid Wisconsin drivers license 3 years of field experience in concrete work preferred Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly Proficiency with power tools Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Good work ethic
Responsibilities
The Foreman is responsible for overseeing jobsite safety, quality, and crew task assignments to ensure projects are completed correctly. They also manage vehicle checklists, material stocks, and coordinate directly with general contractors and customers.
