The Bilingual(French and English) POS Project Implementation Support is responsible for assisting the Project Management team with the planning of projects within the POS Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties including note taking and data entry
• Assist the Project Management team in executing project work plans
• Assist in creating project documents and procedures for projects as assigned by the Project Managers
• Manage day to day operational aspects of a project
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions relating to POS department projects
• Assist with live pilots and rollouts as needed
• Support existing POS projects
• Maintain and secure any POS software and/or hardware that is connected to the Card Data Environment (CDE)
• Work with third parties to investigate solutions to hardware issues that occur
• Communicate concerns to the POS Systems Project Management team
• Qualifications
• High School diploma
• Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
• Knowledge of the retail industry an asset
• Familiarity with PC hardware and software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
