Three Sisters Consulting is focused on the advancement of Indigenous peoples by providing work opportunities and by providing a safe space for their voices to be heard. We are currently looking to fill positions for Facilitators. This job is remote work. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager.
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract, As needed
Rate: $30-$33/hr depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
· Engaging with managers and supervisors
· Facilitating conversation and training on Indigenous recruitment and retention training
· Working remotely via Zoom or Teams
Essential Qualifications:
· Bilingual proficiency (English and French).
· Subject matter expertise in Indigenous Recruitment and Retention.
· Excellent oral communication and presentation skills with confidence in leading training seminars.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
· Curiosity, willingness to learn, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing, engaging personality.
· Lived experience as a member of an Indigenous community is a strong asset.
