Red Wireless is a national Rogers Authorized Dealer, serving customers across Canada. We’re excited to announce a new nationwide partnership between Rogers and CAA, bringing exclusive wireless and internet offers to millions of CAA members.
To support this launch, we are hiring Work From Home Account Managers nationwide.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 2+ years in account management, B2B, or telecom sales (call centre/retail an asset).
• Fluent in French and English, and well-spoken
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Quick learner with strong technical aptitude for telecom products.

As an Account Manager, you’ll:

• Build relationships with new and existing CAA members.
• Promote Rogers wireless, internet, and services.
• Drive sales, uncover upsell opportunities, and provide outstanding customer support.
• Use CRM tools (Pipedrive, Missive, Vonage, Google Chat, Aircell) to manage accounts.
• Represent Red Wireless as a Rogers Ambassador with pride.
