Allied Universal is seeking Bilingual - Senior Analyst in Downtown Toronto, for a renowned financial instituation.
Title: Bilingual (French/English) - Senior Analyst
Pay: $72,000 to $79,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday with 2 days in office a week.
Language: Must be fluent in both French & English
Main Responsibilities
The Sr. Analyst is a member of the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) team, and is focused on process improvement and change management.
As a member of the team, you will contribute directly to its growth. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, and be an effective communicator who is capable of working in both a team environment and independently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assessing the efficacy of existing processes, ensuring they are scalable, identifying areas in need of improvement, and implementing changes. This may include automating manual tasks and the creation of new processes to replace legacy ones;
  • Developing new processes and all associated documentation, and ensuring they are compliant with CIBC standards;
  • Creating new documentation or updating existing content, and ensuring both the process and its documentation align with CIBC’s standards. This may include altering existing processes and collaborating with team members to identify benchmarks and best-practices;
  • Collection of qualitative and quantitative data, and compilation of reports illustrating trends in KPIs, KRIs, and other metrics;
  • Quality assurance. This may include testing random samplings of output created by processes to ensure established quality standards and benchmarks are consistently being met;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal team members, adjacent teams, clients, and external partners;
  • Ensuring the Enterprise Physical Security System is being used effectively and according to standards; if it is not, working with site staff and Enterprise teams to find a resolution;
  • Being adaptable and flexible in the face of changing business needs.

The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:

  • Bilingual - fluent in both English and French;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically;
  • Compilation, analysis, and presentation of reports. The ability to interpret and present data in a professional and polished manner;
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships of trust with internal and external clients;
  • Adaptable and able to learn new software applications/programs quickly and effectively;
  • Focused on continuously improving both the program and yourself;
  • Strong time-management, and the ability to prioritize and manage their own work to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e. meet deadlines; be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities, etc.);
  • Participate fully as a member of the team and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • A candidate would benefit from having experience with Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering or similar methodology.
