Job Source USA is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for candidates, visitors, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the hiring and onboarding process. Requirements Welcome candidates, visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages. Assist candidates with applications, onboarding documents, and employment paperwork. Process Form I-9s and E-Verify accurately and on time. Maintain organized and confidential employee and candidate records. Coordinate interview scheduling with the recruiting team. Support new hire orientations and ensure paperwork is completed correctly. Keep the reception area organized and professional. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and office staff. Communicate effectively with candidates in both English and Spanish, in person and over the phone. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience processing Form I-9s and E-Verify. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Professional demeanor and commitment to handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or Paylocity. Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, onboarding, or front desk experience. Experience maintaining confidential employee or candidate records.
