    Job description:
    We are looking to hire a full-time bilingual (Spanish and English) front desk receptionist to work in our busy medical office. The job duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling patients, taking payments, collecting insurance information, checking voicemails, and making outbound calls to patients that need to reschedule appointments. A well-organized person is a must for this position as well as the ability to multi-task. This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Must have proficient computer/typing skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)
