QUALIFICATIONS FOR BILINGUAL HEALTHCARE CLINIC SECURITY GUARD

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills ( French and English)
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• De-escalation skills
• Be good with Technology
• Be able to do Weekend Morning Shifts
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Respond to calls from client
• Remove unwanted persons from the property
• CCTV monitoring
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client’s site.
• Protect the client’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues..
