Job Title: Bilingual Help Desk Technician – MFA Support
Location: Brampton, ON, 100% Onsite (Free Parking Available)
Start Date: July 21, 2025
Duration: 1–2 Months (Contract)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Rate: $30/hr T4 OR $35/hr Inc.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client is initiating a company-wide rollout of Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and is seeking a Bilingual Help Desk Technician to support users during this transition. You will act as the first point of contact for employees experiencing issues with MFA setup, approvals, and authentications. Your role will be essential in ensuring a smooth user experience during the MFA deployment.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), including Microsoft Authenticator app setup and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) applications.
  • Experience providing help desk or technical support, ideally in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile device support.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft MFA issues, including setup, login problems, and approval difficulties.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Authenticator and guide them through MFA workflows.
  • Respond to inbound support calls and log tickets/escalations as needed.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services, ensuring end-user accessibility during MFA transition.
  • Assist users on both iOS and Android devices with MFA-related setup and issues.
  • Deliver support in both English and French.
