Mercier Consultancy MD invites you to apply for the position of Bilingual Hotel Booking Specialist (Dutch), where you’ll enjoy the freedom of remote work from the beautiful landscapes of Greece! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their hotel reservations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Key Responsibilities Support Dutch-speaking clients with hotel booking inquiries and reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed information about hotel options, amenities, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions. Process bookings accurately, ensuring all client preferences are correctly captured and confirmed. Handle customer issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for a high level of client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in our CRM system. Stay updated on hotel trends, properties, and offers to provide clients with the best options available. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is essential. Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or relevant fields is preferred. Strong passion for travel and knowledge of hotel offerings and destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to effectively manage client concerns and provide swift solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is advantageous. Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Willingness to embrace the remote work lifestyle while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Greece.
