XL PRO STAFFING AND CONSULTING IS NOW HIRING FOR A BILINGUAL HR ADMIN ASSISTANT!

Compensation: $23.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (OT as needed)
Location: Wilmer, TX 75172

JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves scheduling and managing production plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication between departments. Responsibilities include monitoring special orders, analyzing production data, forecasting, and maintaining accurate records. The HR Coordinator will also assist with payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

BILINGUAL HR COORDINATOR REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 2–3 years of HR experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Capable of working in a trailer and walking between buildings.
  • Strong multitasking, scheduling, and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, benefits, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), HR software, and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
