About the Team Hiring:
As Graitec is transforming, structuring and scaling up, we are building a new and central HR team that will have the mission to enable Talents & Organizations to succeed their transformation and make Graitec realizing its planned growth thru professional, global & consistent HR solutions, agenda and business partnership. The priorities of this team will be to deliver high standards globally on a large range of strategic areas for Graitec inclusive of Organization & Cultural transformation, Diversity, Leadership, Management Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Development and indeed many others.

Overview:
Role purpose/Objective
- Ensuring professional development, implementation and execution of all HR processes and services within the region to cover the full employee lifecycle – end to end
- Be the first point of contact for business leaders & management on any people/HR related topics, and leverage/escalate to the central team as needed to provide high value to our business & teams and standardize as possible the support we provide to Graitec subsidiaries
- Support the growth of the business acting as a true partner and trusted advisor to managers and employees, being an active member of the local management teams and partnering with the business
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to hire faster, stronger and better in the countries – particularly drive for proactive pipelining against future needs and ensure intentional processes to maximize diversity of candidates considered
- Be a cultural change agent and true role model within the business working tirelessly with leadership to reinforce our culture and values to curate the best employee experience together
- Bring consistency in people processes in partnership with business stakeholders and peers in specialist teams
- Support the development of people plans and execute strategies directly aligned to global & local business objectives
- Work across the business on the implementation of new tools, processes and related projects while acting as the key driver of change within the business and support the adoption of innovations
- Act as a guardian of compliance to local countries regulations as well as any internal policies and guidelines

Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of HR experience preferably within a high growth environment.
- Able to navigate and drive significant org and people changes as well as deliver consistent people processes across different countries, cultures and legal jurisdiction
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and possess a strong ability to educate, influence, and persuade.
- strong knowledge of Quebec Labor Law
Qualifications:
- Full business fluency in spoken & written in both English and French
- Generalist knowledge of running annual people processes; performance, talent, reward & headcount planning partnering with specialist people teams
- Proactive and able to connect the dots on occurring issues and accordingly able to come up with relevant solutions
- Highly collaborative, able to effectively engage and support specialist teams fully leveraging their capabilities and enabling them to be successful
- Professional attitude, fun loving and enjoys working with a diverse group of people
- Self-starter with strong customer service orientation
- Highly structured with strong attention to detail while coming up with pragmatic solutions
- Strong relationship skills and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and imperfect information (working in the gray).
