BILINGUAL HR MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the HR team to ensure the effective management and implementation of HR policies and practices. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, environmental health and safety, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves advising leadership on HR strategies to align with business goals and organizational growth.

BILINGUAL HR MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong and confident knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and HR strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Efficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Automotive Manufacturing Experience Required
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

BILINGUAL HR MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, alongside lead and mentor the HR team and advise senior leadership on workforce matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment and onboarding, partnering with managers on staffing to implement engagement and retention programs.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws. Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management, succession planning, and training initiatives to support growth and leadership development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Policies, Systems, & Analytics: Maintain HR policies and optimize HRIS and processes to deliver workforce insights through reporting and analytics.
