Currently, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic and results oriented team!

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

· Bilingualism (French and English) is required
· 1+ years’ experience in high volume recruitment an asset
· Ability to travel as required
· Must be computer literate
· Exceptional communication skills
· Creative thinker for new methods of recruitment and driver placement efforts
· Valid G license
· Knowledge of transportation industry an asset

· Maintaining a constant talent pool of potential drivers based on forecasted projections
· Responsible for attracting drivers / owner operators to Contrans Flatbed Group
· Review and evaluate applicant qualifications and licensing according to established guidelines
· Facilitate and participate in recruitment events throughout Ontario & Quebec
· Conduct interviews over the road, in person, online, and on the phone with potential drivers
· Creating and following up on leads through various outlets for multiple positions across Ontario & Quebec
· Communicate and engage effectively with candidates to verify qualifications and work preferences, and align with business needs
· Work with operations team to successfully transition drivers
· Provide weekly pipeline status update to Managers
· Track and maintain recruitment and hiring metrics
