We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communication Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming team members Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, including answering HR-related questions Assist with workers’ compensation claim administration and follow-up Translate HR communications, policies, and training materials into Spanish when needed Help coordinate employee engagement programs, compliance training, and record-keeping for audits Why Join Us At Westlake Village Inn, we pride ourselves on our welcoming culture, beautiful resort setting, and commitment to excellence.
