OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive work environment.

SKILLS

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent management and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Familiarity with various HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, UKG , Oracle HCM, ADP, UltiPro, Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Kronos, Paylocity, and Taleo.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in data entry and data collection for HR reporting.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation processes.
  • Administrative experience with project management capabilities.
  • Ability to design organizational structures that align with strategic goals.
