Remote Intake Specialist / Legal Assistant – Remote (Bilingual English–Spanish, 90%–100% proficiency required) Location: Remote / Home Office (Mexico-based) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time) Training: Structured training provided Start Date: Immediate Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Intake Specialist / Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based immigration law firm by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients while also assisting with legal administrative case support. This dual-role position is essential to ensuring a professional, empathetic intake experience while maintaining organized case workflows that support attorneys and legal teams. The role combines client communication, eligibility screening, intake coordination, and legal administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional client service in a structured, remote environment. This is a fully remote, home-office position based in Mexico.
