What You'll Do Run consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and present the firm's legal solutions clearly and confidently Convert qualified leads into retained clients by building trust and communicating value Collect detailed client information through active listening and targeted questions Collaborate with attorneys and senior consultants to ensure accurate case guidance Guide clients through contract signing and initial payment collection Maintain organized records and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required) 6+ months of experience in sales, client intake, or a consultative role Strong communicator who can simplify complex information for clients Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Immigration or legal experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Health/dental/vision benefit Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and clear path for growth within the firm A collaborative, mission-driven team that values your contributions Note to Recruiters and Third-Party Agencies: We truly appreciate your interest and the work you do to support talent acquisition.
