At Cibola Vista Resort & Spa in Peoria, AZ, we are looking for an Sales T/O Manager to lead, inspire, and achieve extraordinary results with our sales team.

YOU MUST HAVE TIMESHARE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR INTERVIEW

As an In-House T/O Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Recruiting & Developing Talent: Attract, train, and retain top sales professionals.
  • Motivating & Mentoring: Lead the team to achieve budgeted sales goals through coaching and mentorship.
  • Leading Sales Strategy: Conduct impactful sales and training meetings to drive performance.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Maintain adherence to Bluegreen’s HR policies and all State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Promoting and ensure a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Oversight: Meeting or exceeding company minimum performance standards.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Licensure: Active Arizona Real Estate License (required- reimbursement is available.).
  • Experience: At least 4 years of vacation ownership sales and 1+ years in a leadership role within the industry.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of vacation ownership sales transactions.
  • Analytical Abilities: Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be fluent to advance in Spanish
