DESCRIPTION OF THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE BILINGUAL INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

-Strong communication and selling skills.
-Ability to use digital product information to sell our products.
-Have relevant professional experience as a bilingual office clerk, inside sales representative or a similar position;
-3 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook is important;
-Excellent written and oral skills in both English and French. It is important that the candidate be fully bilingual in order to deal with customers and sales teams in Quebec, throughout Canada and the United States.
- The Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative should be a team player, someone outgoing, well-spoken, comfortable speak with customers daily, organized and reliable.

Responsibilities
  • Researching the automotive repair / collision repair industry to generate new leads /customers.
    -Contacting existing customers to follow up on order fulfillment and satisfaction.
    -Contacting inactive customers to generate new sales.
    -Upselling products over the phone and via email, on current orders using promotions and incentives.
  • Building customer relations to help close deals.
    -General office tasks such as filing, spreadsheets, sourcing product data for data entry, generating reports.
    -Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service to our customers and sales team.
