The Role As our Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will participate in all aspects of sales. Working in a proactive and professional manner, you will respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other channels. In addition, you will: * Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales. * Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available. * Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online. * Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies. * Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed * Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional. * Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means * Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details. * Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts. About You With strong computer skills and inter-personal communication , the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience.
