NCH Corporation is a leading manufacturer and distributor of innovative industrial maintenance products. We are looking for a full-time bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Our Inside Sales Representatives call on existing customers “Business to Business” (NO Cold Calling) to provide them with products and help them with their business needs. These are the minimum company expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication in both French and English
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Superior negotiating, problem solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work effectively independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Ability to work from home

Responsibilities
  • Customer management and development
  • Complete telephone sales (i.e. qualifying & closing business)
