ABOUT XENEX LABS

Xenex Labs Inc. is a Health Canada and US FDA GMP–approved distributor of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), chemicals, and bases. For 40+ years we’ve focused on quality in sourcing and manufacturing. Our vision is to be an invaluable partner to compounding practices by delivering products, services, and insights that help customers provide the highest quality patient care.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a driven, bilingual Inside Sales Representative to grow Xenex’s presence in Quebec (and select Eastern Canada accounts) from our Coquitlam, BC office. You will own a defined book of business, execute high-velocity outbound/inbound sales motions, deliver front-line product support, and consistently exceed quarterly revenue, margin, and activity KPIs.

What You’ll Do

  • Hit & exceed targets: Revenue, margin, pipeline coverage, conversion, retention, and activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings).
  • Territory ownership (Quebec): Map accounts, prioritize pharmacists/compounders/wholesalers, and drive reach & frequency via phone, video, and email.
  • Prospecting & growth: Build new opportunities through cold/warm outreach; run needs discovery and solution selling.
  • Account management: Deepen relationships with pharmacists and decision makers; execute QBRs; identify cross-sell/upsell.
  • Sales process excellence: Manage full cycle—discovery, quoting, negotiation, and close; maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasts.
  • Product advocacy: Use promotional and educational materials; translate technical features (APIs, bases, chemicals) into clinical and business value.
  • Front-line support: Provide basic technical/product guidance, coordinate samples, and triage complex inquiries to internal experts.
  • Business planning: Weekly pipeline reviews, territory plans, and competitive intel; contribute in sales meetings with insights and best practices.
  • Events (occasional): Support select trade shows/CEs as needed (no routine travel).
