JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a Bilingual individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a licensed Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your clients to understand their personal needs to recommend the best coverage options.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Applied Online Agency Management system experience is a plus.

  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
