We’re hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support clients, resolve inquiries, and manage office tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences.
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Markham, ON
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Hours: Various shifts - Must be flexible

SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required 2+ years of Customer Service, preferably in a health service environment
  • Must possess strong PC and data entry skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be fluent in English and French, possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate in clear and concise terms both verbally and in writing
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
Responsibilities
  • Greet new customers and families, making them feel supported while explaining services, obligations, and available programs.
  • Collect key information from clients, healthcare providers, and partners to process orders, coverage, billing, and documentation.
  • Communicate with insurers and others to confirm benefits, requirements, and claim details.
  • Accurately document and update customer, healthcare, and order information in the system.
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries, offering information and directing requests as needed.
  • Set up and submit orders, recurring services, and payment plans while coordinating billing.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure smooth service, fulfillment, and customer care.
