About the Role Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CMHC located in Oregon Population: This is an intake-only position for high acuity patients ages 5+. No continued care or follow-up appointments. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk | Flexible hours during 7am – 6pm PST | Open to 8 or 10 hour shifts Appointments: 90-minute Intakes, no follow-ups Why Iris Telehealth? Qualifications: Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Active Oregon LCSW and/or LPC license strongly preferred Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.
