We’re looking for a Facilitator, Learning Experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging training experiences that empower our frontline and support teams to connect with clients, offer the right solutions, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll become an expert in goeasy’s sales methodology and apply it across both sales and collections scenarios for our field and call centre teams. With your passion for excellence and strong relationship-building skills, you’ll inspire others to unlock their potential and leave a lasting impression on our customers.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

  • Strong spoken and written French.
  • Professional certifications in sales or adult education (e.g., Certified Professional Salesperson, Adult Learning and Development certificate or degree) are considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated coaching expertise and recognition for sales excellence.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, collections, call centre, or personal finance.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer, or in a similar role.
  • Proven classroom management skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and personal finance/credit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual facilitation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, process-driven environments.

    We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery & Coordination
  • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Plan and coordinate all training logistics, including travel and accommodations for participants.
  • Leverage tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Slido, and Microsoft Polls to deliver dynamic and interactive sessions.
  • Training Design & Development
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, including outlines, handouts, and job aids.
  • Support the development of estimates and timelines for Knowledge Management (KM) statements of work.
  • Innovate new approaches and techniques to continuously improve training programs.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management colleagues to ensure learning initiatives align with business needs.
  • Evaluation & Improvement
  • Gather and analyze feedback from participants and facilitators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track training outcomes and assess post-session performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and evolving sales and collections practices.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with leaders to assess day-to-day training needs and identify learning gaps.
  • Promote available training opportunities and guide employees toward relevant resources.
  • Research and recommend innovative training methods and tools to enhance learning experiences.
