Gateway on Cullen is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for our Student Housing community located in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market Requirements Lease-up experience preferred. Student Housing experience Experience with Entrata. Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication TSU or UH organizations' involvement presently or previously a plus but not required.
