Responsibilities

At CLV Group, our Leasing Coordinators are more than just the first point of contact—they are the welcoming voice and trusted guide for prospective residents beginning their journey with us. As a key member of our leasing team, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional first impression of our communities and ensuring a smooth, responsive, and high-quality leasing experience from inquiry to move-in.
This full-time, permanent role is a dynamic blend of sales and customer service. It requires a confident, highly organized, and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role is driven by the ability to support future residents with the leasing process quickly and confidently, with warmth, professionalism, and creativity in every interaction—genuinely helping others find a place to call home.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a professional in a leasing coordinator role, you will be responsible for:

Lead Management & Resident Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound leasing inquiries via phone, email, web, and in-person.
  • Professional response to leads, create a strong first impression and demonstrate urgency.
  • Build rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs to recommend suitable rental options across our portfolio.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property tours—both in-person and virtual—with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure each prospective resident experiences a seamless, engaging, and efficient journey aligned with CLV Group’s brand values.

Leasing Process Coordination

  • Guide prospective residents through the full leasing process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities in CRM and property management systems.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to ensure high conversion rates and a personalized approach to sales.

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with the leasing and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance lead generation, brand visibility, and occupancy.
  • Monitor and update online listings and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and appeal.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Generate reports and track leasing metrics to support performance evaluation and strategy planning.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing procedures, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with other leasing and operational activities as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Most importantly, we are a small yet mighty team. This is a roll up your sleeves, help where you are needed kind of role. We are looking for a new team member who will be a culture builder, someone who will lean in to help us build an engaged and positive work environment, and someone who will support our success when and as needed, as our team will do for you when you need it.
This role is based in our offices five days a week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, learn from experienced professionals, and grow in a highly engaged team environment.
