We are currently seeking bilingual Legal Assistants/ Paralegal/Secretary/ Administrative Assistant (Spanish or Portuguese) to join our team and support the launch of this exciting new location.
This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a mission-driven law firm that serves immigrant communities with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. No prior legal experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Prior experience in an office, legal, or customer service setting
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in immigration law or prior experience working with immigrant communities

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide interpretation and translation services for Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking clients
  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with preparation of immigration forms and case documentation
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files
  • Track case deadlines, schedule appointments, and manage office communications
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and a high standard of client service at all times
