JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist – Weekend Shift to join our client intake operations for prestigious U.S. law firms specializing in personal injury cases. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess case eligibility efficiently. You will be a crucial link between potential clients and the legal team, ensuring accurate documentation and fostering strong client relationships.
This role offers the flexibility of choosing a shift that works best for you, including weekend 8-hour shifts and additional weekday hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law is a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (C1 certification or equivalent professional experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in digital technology, including case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage a flexible schedule.

HOME OFFICE SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps speeds.
  • Desktop or laptop with a recent Intel Core i5 processor or above.
  • Dedicated workspace ensuring privacy and productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Client Intake and Assessment:
  • Answer new intake calls and follow up on pending leads promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct intake interviews in Spanish and English, documenting all relevant case details accurately.
  • Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the firm’s criteria.
  • Documentation and Case Setup:
  • Enter client data and case information into the case management system with precision.
  • Prepare and send sign-up documents to prospective clients, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
  • Communication and Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a welcoming and professional introduction to the firm.
  • Answer client questions about the personal injury process and retainer agreements.
  • Facilitate bilingual communication between clients and the legal team as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Analyze intake metrics and provide insights to improve client intake processes.
  • Ensure all workflows adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards.
