Role reports to: Head of Brand Growth, Skin Health Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do As a bilingual linguistics coordinator, you will be leading the translation execution across multiple spheres within our marketing function – with a focus on labelling and advertising. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure that translation needs are met across projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule English to French translations with Kenvue’s translation services partner. Provide governance for French translations. Serve as a liaison between Kenvue’s internal teams (cross-functional) and Kenvue’s translation services partner. Act as the SME for the establishment of best practices and processes across broth internal teams and Kenvue’s translation services partner. Schedule and prioritize demand and escalate any capacity issues if encountered. Ensure adequate prioritization based on timelines and project urgency. Work collaboratively with the quality team from Kenvue’s translation partner to develop and monitor metrics that ensure quality compliance. Collaborate with Kenvue’s translation partner in ensuring translation memory is well-established. Attend content meetings to ensure that French translation needs are recorded and addressed. Please note Kenvue works with an external partner which provides translation services. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communication, Linguistics or related fields. Bilingualism is a must (English and French). Certified French speaker (native speaker or C1 or above) Experience in managing bilingual labelling (PLL, Health Canada guidelines) is strongly encouraged. Experience coordinating translation/localization work in a corporate environment (agency, in-house localization team, or marketing operations), especially English to French workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Comfort operating within governed processes (intake standards, version control, approvals, audit trail expectations). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with competing deadlines. What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
