POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Office Manager to lead and manage a team of 8 professionals, including a back-of-the-house manager, transaction coordinator, client relations specialist, event planner, marketing specialist, and three agents. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Walnut, CA office and for empowering our team to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or retail real estate and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the team, providing guidance and support that was previously handled by the CEO.
