We’re seeking a dynamic and Bilingual Marketing Director to lead and execute core marketing initiatives for our growing Canadian operations. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll drive brand presence and campaign performance across digital, out-of-home, PR, and event channels; it is also highly strategic, and you will be involved in guiding the brand through its Canadian expansion. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and event teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned, impactful, and true to our brand.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and out-of-home channels
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with operations to support customer lifecycle initiatives and retention campaigns
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scalability
  • Champion customer success stories: develop case studies, source testimonials, and coordinate webinar content
  • Write and edit compelling content—from email campaigns and partner assets to white papers and landing pages
  • Develop and manage co-branded collateral to support joint marketing initiatives with partners
  • Oversee French translations of product pages and marketing materials, maintaining tone and clarity
  • Partner with the events team to deliver on-brand, on-time promotional support for key initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results
