We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Tagalog, a completed bachelor’s degree, and expertise in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Advise executives and clients on effective advertising strategies to reach target markets and promote goods and services.
  • Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Analyse consumer data to understand patterns and preferences.
  • Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends.
  • Conduct research on market demand for new goods and services.
  • Support business growth through the execution of marketing objectives and programs.
  • Identify opportunities for new and existing goods and services.
  • Provide guidance on marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and distribution channels.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, social media marketing, and email outreach.
  • Identify key decision-makers in potential client businesses.
  • Develop consultative sales strategies in partnership with management.
  • Design and implement training programs for the Sales Management Team
  • Drive and manage digital sales and marketing programs.
  • Establish professional relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Create business proposals, social media campaigns, and handle negotiations and complaints.
  • Lead generation and management using CRM tools.
  • Organize and manage internal and external company events

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Tagalog
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer trends and market drivers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
