The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced medical office environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the medical office. * Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly. * Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Verify patient information and update medical records accurately. * Collect and process patient co-pays and other payments. * Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. * Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. * Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding office policies and procedures. * Prepare and manage patient paperwork and forms. * Assist with insurance verification and billing support as needed.
