POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • We are seeking an experienced and high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team. (Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)).
  • This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18-month minimum commitment
  • You must have a flexible schedule
  • Spanish fluency required
  • A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charismatic
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Tech savviness - Experience with EMR systems and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Patient Registration
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
  • Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
  • Insurance verifications
  • Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
  • Payment processing along with financial counseling
