  MEDICAL SCHEDULER Location: Webster, TX 77598 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Scheduler to join our healthcare team in Webster, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules for medical staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process to enhance patient experience and clinic operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Coordinate with medical providers and staff to manage daily schedules and appointment availability. * Confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or text reminders. * Assist patients with rescheduling or cancellations as needed. * Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. * Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling and general patient information. * Update and maintain accurate patient records and appointment logs. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
