Now Hiring: Bilingual Member Services Advocate Remote – Must reside in CA, NM, NV, TX, or AZ Are you fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Spanish and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Member Services Advocate and be the voice of support for members during the Annual Enrollment Period! As a trusted point of contact, you’ll assist members with questions about benefits, eligibility, claims, and more—delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism. What You’ll Do: Provide language interpretation for incoming calls (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Spanish). Support members with inquiries about their health plan and services. Perform light administrative tasks during downtime—database cleanup, ad hoc projects, and occasional outbound calls. Receive full training on systems, call handling, and admin duties. What You Bring: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Spanish At least 2 years of customer service experience—healthcare, medical/dental office, or hospitality preferred. A genuine desire to help others and a calm, professional demeanor. Schedule: Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST Work Schedule: Shifts will vary within our business hours of 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST. Weekend rotation and some holiday coverage will be required.
