Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) for LliBott Consultorios Medicos in Greensboro, North Carolina. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients ages 17 and older within a financially stable, physician-led practice. Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness. Perform office-based procedures including joint injections, toenail removals, incision and drainage, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care interventions when qualified. Manage approximately 20-25 patients daily with dedicated administrative time built into your weekly schedule. Complete administrative responsibilities remotely while working alongside an experienced clinical support team. Provide culturally competent care to a large Spanish-speaking patient population. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary from $110,000-$130,000. Annual profit sharing of approximately $15,000-$20,000. Health, dental, and vision insurance with approximately 85% employer-paid premiums. 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match. $350 monthly student loan repayment assistance. Three weeks Paid Time Off. Five paid CME days with a $1,500 annual allowance. Paid holiday shutdown for one full week at the end of the year. Employer-paid DEA and license renewal fees. Short-term and long-term disability coverage. Relocation assistance available. WHY PROVIDERS ARE APPLYING Four-day workweek with dedicated administrative time. Administrative work may be completed remotely. No evening shifts. Phone-only call approximately once every 12 weeks. Established adult primary care practice. Excellent compensation with significant annual profit sharing. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina. Minimum one year of Nurse Practitioner experience. Fluent Spanish speaking required. DEA registration or ability to obtain. Experience performing outpatient procedures including joint injections, minor surgeries, incision and drainage, toenail removal, or urgent care procedures preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients, focusing on the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. Perform various office-based medical procedures and provide culturally competent care to a Spanish-speaking population.
